NOIR & HAZE vs MEDUZA - AROUND - OUT NOW

I’ve heard many bootlegs, mashups and remixes of “Around” over the years. It’s hard to top the amazing Solomun and subb-an remixes that was originally released back int 2011 and nothing hit me like those remixes
did. We briefly considered making a new original version and release of the song when it turned 10 years but it just didnt feel right at the time.

It wasn’t untill I heard Meduza’s take on the song I felt inspired. Their version was such a fresh take on the original that it made me wanna produce a new version of the song too. I think their chords and structure of the song are super cool and it quite simply inspired me to sit down and rethink the song too and make an entirely new version from scratch again.

It’s not an anniversary release (14 years old this year) or any particular clever timing. This time around it just feels right. Sounds right.
So…… Both Haze and I are excited for the new versions coming this year.
